My Front cover images are going to be a medium close up of a girl, looking into the camera and is going to be holding an old record because thats the music that has inspired her. The girl is who i am basing my double page spread on.

My double page spread is going to be about how youtube has become the most used internet website and how its caused fame for a number of people. I will also interview my friend whos a singer and uploads videos of her singing for people to watch and could be the next youtube sensation. There will be a picture of the girl pointing and singing into the camera.

Positioning Statement- music for the indieviduals

Price- £3.00

Distribution- Newsagents, supermarkets and music shops

Rationale- The approach of the magazine is very much all about the 'indie' music for lovers of indie music. I will offer the latest news on gigs and artist that they will love and interviews and articles will focus very much on what the fans want to know.

Style- Both formal and informal to relate to teenagers. When talking about bands that are serious about there music this is when there will be a formal tone. There will be simple vocabulary and syntax, depending on what where talking about there will be some slang with short paragraphs.
